These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Portfolio Lab website operated by Won J You Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, joining the waitlist, or completing the assessment, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About Portfolio Lab

Portfolio Lab is a portfolio coaching program for designers. This website provides information about the program, lets you join the waitlist, and offers a readiness assessment. Joining the waitlist or completing the assessment does not enroll you in the program or guarantee a spot; enrollment is offered separately and is subject to its own agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this site and provide accurate information about yourself. You are responsible for the information you submit.

3. The readiness assessment

The assessment is a self-guided tool that gives you a general indication of whether the program suits where you are right now. Its results are informational only, are not a promise of admission, employment, or any specific outcome, and may be revised as the program evolves.

4. No guarantee of results

We share strategies, feedback, and guidance, but your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, your existing work, and the job market. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular career outcome. Any program-specific guarantees (such as a refund policy) are described in the program's own agreement and are governed by that agreement, not these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its forms, or its underlying systems.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to send spam or automated submissions.
• Copy, scrape, or republish the site's content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos, the Portfolio Lab name, and course materials — is owned by Won J You Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services, including a scheduling tool and a free AI portfolio review tool. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Won J You Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, even if we've been advised of the possibility.
